The location, pool, and overall experience were very good. The floor was non‑slip and the depth was suitable for children. The area was well‑tree‑lined and the staff were courteous. Guests could use the common facilities even after check‑out, and there was even a shared shower in a social bathroom. The rooms were too close together; any noise could disturb the acoustics, which were not good. The toilet seat was loose and very soft, and there was no lock in the bathroom. I was traveling with two children and they didn’t prepare a room with a bed for four people.

The staff were always eager to help! The location is excellent! The breakfast is good! The room curtains are very sheer, so there’s no darkness when the sun rises early. I would add a drip coffee option to the breakfast; the machine’s instant coffee is not very pleasant.

The service was incredible! Priscila and Dalcio were extremely attentive, and my mother and I left with hugs because they treated us like family. The rooms were super clean, the air was fresh, and soon we heard someone sweeping to clear the leaves. The breakfast was delicious with varied options each day. We’re already planning our next visit because we fell in love! The only thing I’d recommend is adding a microwave in the rooms for guests. Otherwise, everything was perfect.

The spot is right next to the lovely, quiet Ferradura beach, and the overall calm vibe plus the staff’s attentive service really stood out, though the breakfast could have offered a bit more variety.

The staff, cleanliness, and breakfast were all flawless; everything at Vila Pitanga was wonderful, and I only have praise for everyone there.
