The room was exceptionally clean and well‑maintained. Nik was very kind and hospitable. Breakfast was adaptable and, depending on what you asked for, he could prepare what you needed for the next day. The accommodation is in a quiet area, very close to Rovinj. The private parking was also a big plus. We were completely satisfied and would choose it again.

The lodging is in a peaceful setting, it’s positive that there’s parking. The apartment is very tidy, modern, and clean. It might be a drawback that there’s no terrace or balcony, but it’s a minor issue.

The breakfast was very tasty and free bottled mineral water was provided in the fridge. The rooms are modern, clean, and cozy. The host Nik was extremely attentive and helpful. When a severe weather and hail warning came, he immediately informed us, recommended a parking garage for the car, and offered to drive us to save us a taxi ride. The stay was perfect overall with a great sense of well‑being.
