It was relatively cheap, but it was not cleaned at all. Dust and spider webs were on the wall at the end of the bed, the furniture was stained, and the fridge didn’t work. The walls were stained, and the toilet, shower, and sink were full of limescale. The room was full of small insects. There weren’t even towels ready in the room; we had to ask for them, and the ones we received were stained. We also asked for the room to be cleaned while we were away, but when we returned the bed was made but covered in hair from the cleaning staff (see pictures). The man at reception never greeted us; he just stared at his computer even though we repeatedly said hello to him.
