“Da non ripetere”
The room is clean and modern. However, there was no soap, no hot water, and the balcony was unusable because of pigeon droppings everywhere. Four flights of stairs with no assistance for luggage. The breakfast area is nice but pointless since they send you to a sad bar where they asked for an extra 20 cents for a coffee on top of the cappuccino and croissant, which they charged because I didn’t have change.
The room and the space were good. It was hard to do everything by phone; a quick guide for the Wi‑Fi and the blackout buttons would be helpful. Just a few sentences are enough.

The room was spacious, luxurious, and we could park right outside the door—luckily we had a spot. Parking is also available nearby. The host was friendly, and we only spoke with her by phone and app. The beach and the little town were close, and there was a lovely pastry under the apartment. The only issue was that the room was on the fourth floor, and with two heavy suitcases it was a bit difficult.

The place had a wow effect! The location is right by the train station, no sea view but very central and spotlessly clean. The room was fantastic, exactly as shown in the photos. My stay was great! The only downside was that my towels were never changed, except the ones on the floor.
