“Apartamento muy top”
Maravilloso, muy recomendable si visitas Cuenca. Todo muy limpio. Sabanas y toallas limpísimas. Los dueños encantadores y super amables. Cómo sé que volveré a Cuenca porque es una ciudad que me encanta ya tengo muy claro donde me hospedaré. Todo genial. Solo un comentario constructivo, estaría genial poner algún detallito de cortesía tipo tés, sobres de café, botellita de agua. No es una inversión y queda muy muy bien, sobre todo en unos apartamentos tan top como son los del Ateneo
“Excelente atención y un alojamiento con ambiente muy acogedor y agradable.”
La atención de la propietaria de 10, además de todo perfectamente limpio y el detalle de poner a nuestra disposición diferentes infusiones, cápsulas de café y cafetera al efecto. Enseres y útiles de cocina y baño. El lugar pese al calor que hacía en Cuenca se estaba muy bien, no hay aire acondicionado pero el suelo es refrigerante por lo que no ha hecho falta dicho aire acondicionado. Evidentemente, muy recomendable. Cuando volvamos a la ciudad optaremos por otra estancia dentro del mismo edificio si es posible, porque son habitaciones temáticas. Estuvimos en la que se denomina Música
“Decepcionante”
The only good thing was the location. You can’t shower because the space is too tight to move around in the shower curtain, and you can’t even fit a bottle of water in the fridge.
The staff were very welcoming when we asked for the check‑in code, and the room was spotless, roomy, and tastefully decorated. The beds were super comfy, too. The only downside was that the walls were thin and we could hear someone upstairs walking at 12 am. Other than that, everything was perfect and I’d come back.
The décor was nice, but the air conditioner didn’t work.
