Breakfast was amazing, and the staff were courteous—especially Kim at the terrace restaurant, who was kind, helpful, and went out of her way with food requests and deserves a promotion. The bidet in the room had weak pressure and spray; otherwise, everything was fine. Dubai feels dull now that the Neom project has shut down.
