“De certa forma tirando a falta de preparo do quarto a estadia foi muito boa”
The room was not tidy; the bed sheet wasn’t on the bed and there was no soap.

Nothing useful was provided. I couldn’t stay in the first room because the bed was disassembled, the lamp was loose, the chair was broken, and the room hadn’t been cleaned. When I complained, they gave me another room that also had broken furniture and a curtain hanging with a patch from a bag.

The service was terrible, the staff were dishonest and uncommitted to the customer, so I don’t recommend this place even to my enemies. The service is horrible, they are selfish and dishonest, they kept my money without me using the service, and if any problem arises they won’t be willing to resolve it.

The location is good, but the apartment has a torn curtain stuck to a piece of a bag, two mini‑fridges that don’t work, and the room and towels smell like dirty laundry.

The view and location were the only good parts, but the place was filthy—there was a dead cockroach and the room wasn’t cleaned the next day. Mold on the bathroom ceiling, 2‑pin outlets, and an overall outdated feel. The minibar was dirty, the bathroom's auxiliary light was burnt out, and they forgot to leave toilet paper unless I had it in my luggage, which caused a real hassle.
