Lokalizacja jest wspaniała - samo centrum, ale jednak w bocznej, cichej uliczce. są 2 minusy - zapachy z restauracji wpadające wieczorem przez otwarte okno oraz niestety dający się wyczuć zapach dymu papierosowego w pokoju. Poza tym wszystko rewelacyjne. Ręczniki wymieniane codziennie, pokój wspaniale wysprzątany

清潔でした. 1階で部屋は暗く、前は壁しか見えず。 浴室、トイレも狭く使いにくい。1人１泊2万くらいなら許せるが、35,000円の部屋ではない。

A little after midnight the front desk staff gave a stranger a keycard to our room. The stranger entered our room and ran after hearing our voices. We had dead bolted our door but later found out that all keycards can bypass the deadbolt (what’s the point of the deadbolt then?). This is a massive safety and security issue. The hotel needs to update the system so only master keycards bypass the deadbolt for medical or other emergencies. A standard key card shouldn’t bypass it and is a major safety and privacy violation. This and the staff need to be retrained on policy and procedures to prevent the issuing of an occupied rooms key to strangers
