The view of Vesuvius was impressive, though everything else was fine; the cleaning could have been better.

I want to praise Francesco, a truly special person.

Nothing good. I do not recommend it. The apartment smells of mildew, has peeling walls and ceilings, lacks toiletries, and the bedding is torn. The misleading claim of a sea view is just a ploy for people who want to ruin their holiday.

The location is spot on for getting to the Spanish Quarter and Castel Sant'Elmo, but the outside and common areas were still under construction, with a broken staircase and building access. The washing machine didn’t work, which made planning a bit tricky, and there was no air‑conditioning in the room, which is unusual for Italy.

The house is gorgeous and welcoming, sits close to downtown Naples, and offers a breathtaking view of Vesuvius; the price is very good.
