The room and bathroom were modern and appealing, the location was great, there was a capsule coffee machine, fridge, kettle, and a small balcony, and the landlord was very friendly, yet our bed was smaller than advertised.

For singles it’s definitely a nice place; the bathroom was really clean and the balcony was lovely for morning coffee, but the whole room was extremely tight, so you’re constantly bumping into things. The bed measured 1.2 m (using a suitcase as a reference), which is a nightmare for two adults; the listing advertised a French Kingsize bed, but the owner said that’s what it was. The AC and fridge were old and noisy, you need three keys to get in, none of which are labelled, and the description said it was sound‑proof, which only applied outwardly, not between rooms. We heard the neighbours’ sex, snoring, and alarm at 6 am, and their departure was loud because of the many locks. It would have been half as chaotic if we had slept in that bed together.

The place is new and pretty. I wish there had been at least one shelf in the bathroom to put stuff on and some clips or a slightly bigger drying rack; those small changes would have made a difference. The owner was friendly and said they want to give advice, not criticism.

The location was very good, the staff were excellent, clean and helpful with information about the area, definitely recommend and I will be back; unfortunately I stayed only 3 days.
