I couldn’t check in because I couldn’t find the location, and I tried to contact the hotel but nothing happened. During my chat with the hotel’s automated chat I requested a callback, but nobody answered. I was forced to spend the night in my car because the hotel staff’s negligence left us stuck in the middle of the night; it was a very bad experience.

The price was reasonable for the spot, and the hotel is within walking distance of Buland Gate. Parking was plentiful, and the room itself was clean, though the building feels a bit old. Unfortunately, the air‑conditioning was cut off around 6 am, which was unacceptable.

The location is great for visiting the fort, and the reception, cleanliness, and restaurant are all very good. The downside is that the hotel is right next to the main street, so it’s very noisy.
