The place was impeccably clean and the staff were warm and attentive, but I wish the gym had dumbbells.

The hotel sits in a convenient spot and is easy to reach; the staff were friendly, accommodating, and professional, though the top cover on the bed felt rough against my skin and the eggs at breakfast were subpar.

The facility is clean and welcoming, the staff are helpful and smiling, and the location is average—if I were in Monterey I’d choose a more central place. The location isn’t great; it’s on the outskirts so you need a car.
