Hôtel Des Iles

We were welcomed warmly and upgraded to a suite; the hotel’s location is great. The hallway to the room had a smell, the bathtub in the suite was damaged, there were no slippers or bathrobe, hair was on the sheets, red stains on the small living room rugs, the large French doors wouldn’t close, the room felt a bit cold and damp, there was no “do not disturb” sign so the cleaning lady entered right away, the breakfast buffet was very low‑quality with no taste and questionable hygiene, the coffee tasted strong probably because the machines were old, so it’s better to have breakfast elsewhere. The pool was unusable because seagulls had taken over the area for bathing.

The location is absolutely top next to the beach and the Medina. The staff were always friendly and accommodating, my pool‑side room was large and clean. Breakfast was simple but sufficient. Value for money is good.

“Fatal”

The location is fine. Everything else—staff, we asked for a iron and towels and were ignored, no air conditioning, windows and curtains in bad condition, dirt everywhere. A pity for the location, but the worst was the staff, very unpleasant. I would never return 😞

“Très très déçu du confort et de la propreté”

The location is very good. The condition of the room and bathroom was pathetic, shameful for the price of the night.

“Allting bättre än väntat ! Läget, poolen, allt!, personalen!,”

Nice old town, the hotel is superb but no elevators, yet the staff helped with luggage and packing. Beautiful rooms and other spaces. I enjoyed it.
