The location was fine, but I asked for the hotel bill multiple times and never received it; I need it to file a claim with an airline because the stay was caused by a flight cancellation.

The spot is handy and you can get to JFK quickly, yet one elevator was out of service and it was odd that the same person who checked me in was standing next to me—something I’ve never seen on my trips.

I liked the room and it was clean, the breakfast was good, but the sheet and comforter were dirty.
