The owner is very helpful and even replies via Whatsapp. The location in Rende is central, just a few hundred meters from the town hall. The facilities and shower box are clean, and there is a bidet (which is no longer a given). There’s private parking with smart access. The room is plain but quiet, with a comfortable new bed. We’ll come back in autumn and winter for sure. The hot weather probably made the night less restful, and the air‑conditioner’s placement didn’t help cool the room; that was likely an exception.

The cleaning is spot‑on, the internal parking is convenient, the comfort level is high, and the location is great. Nothing to complain about.

“Deludente”

The location is definitely a plus for the property. The price is far too high for what’s offered: the interior is quite poor, the shower box lacks a glass so you need to use towels to avoid a puddle, soap is missing, the minibar includes water but it’s charged, and there was a small stain on the bed. On top of that, we spent a sleepless night because of noise from the adjacent room.
