“Very pleasant overall.”
The rooms are very nice and clean; the only issue was the lack of USB inputs, which was inconvenient since I forgot my travel adaptor.

Finding the entrance was a real gamble; the hotel is tucked away among many doors in the office block, and it took me about ten minutes to finally stumble onto the right one. Once inside, the lobby itself was confusing—just a couple of big signs would have clarified where the hotel was. Every aspect felt like a constant upsell: breakfast costs 10% more if you skip the “now” option, and you have to pay at reception on floor 12 before eating on floor 5. The sauna and pool are extra, though the pool is free for 1.5 hours in the morning during most meetings. Flip‑flops sell for €15, and you get four free cups of coffee a day; any more costs €1.5 per Nespresso‑compatible capsule. The walls are cardboard‑thin, so the room creaks and rattles with every bathroom trip or door slam, waking me up every ten minutes. All this for €200 a night, not counting breakfast. The restaurant was a disaster, tossing everything onto a bed of red sauce without warning.

I used the pool before the excellent breakfast and they stored our luggage while we spent the day exploring Leiden; nothing else.

The beds were great and the room had plenty of space. It was clean, and breakfast was fine. We were disappointed to find paper cups for coffee and tea in the mornings. It was also a shame that the wellness hotel only lets guests use the pool between 08:00 and 10:30. Honestly, that’s a bit restrictive; give people a day pass or let them sign up for a half‑day.

The room was good and it’s located right next to the station.
