The location is great—almost in the middle, about a 10‑minute walk from the train station. Everything was clean. There are many stairs and no elevator, so it’s not suitable for people with heavy luggage or mobility issues. It’s quite noisy in the evenings and at night, and the beds feel a bit soft, so the price‑to‑value ratio suffers.

The property sits right in the heart of Bolzano’s old town. The exhibition was pleasant and the historic building is beautiful. Our room faced Goethestrasse. Because the hotel is in the lively city center, it was sometimes noisy at night, at least in our room. The place can’t control that, but if you need quiet nights, this might not be ideal.

Completely central, quiet, clean, and comfortable. No elevator! We missed that when booking: the room is on the third floor. With heavy luggage it’s only doable for extremely fit high‑altitude hikers.

The location is fine. The lack of an elevator isn’t just a small detail; the sheer number of steps makes climbing a chore. In a situation like this, the absence of an elevator isn’t advertised enough. If you have mobility problems, avoid this hotel.
