The personnel were helpful and friendly, and the central location is great, but breakfast needs improvement—the hot food was cold.

We stayed at the Thon hotel for only one night because our Hurtigruten left at 05:30, which is ideal for transit travelers. We asked reception for an alarm, but they couldn't set one because there are no phones in the room; perhaps they should also install a ramp to ease luggage access.
