The staff is excellent, but there were maintenance issues: I needed a simple bolt on the toilet seat to keep it from sliding.

The staff was always nice to me and could even talk to them on a personal level.

The rooms were huge and the shower had excellent water pressure and temperature, but the toilet paper felt a little rough.
