The location was central to our plans and perfect. The hotel was clean, smelled good, and parking was easy. The manager left a complimentary bottle of wine, water, and snacks with a nice note in our room for our anniversary, making the day even more special. The restaurant was nice, and we were able to grab a quick breakfast before leaving.

I’m very particular about cleanliness, and this hotel surpassed my expectations; I usually wipe down my room with Clorox wipes when I check in, and this time my wipe didn’t pick up a single speck, not even dust, which immediately made me feel at ease. The staff was amazing, the room was beautiful and cozy, and both restaurants served delicious food. This will definitely be my go‑to hotel whenever I’m in Charlotte, and I can’t think of anything I didn’t like. My experience was excellent from start to finish, and I would definitely stay here again.

The whole building smells fresh and stays spotless, even our room feels clean. Every staff member, from the valet guy to the front desk and the rooftop restaurant crew, was friendly. Checking out at 11 worked well for me. I did wish there were a pool, and the 24.99 price for renting a movie on the TV feels outrageous.
