“Horrível!”

The stay was one of the worst I've ever had in Natal. The lodge itself is terrible, both in structure and service. The reception staff are unprepared and unprofessional, with people doing nails, chatting, or on their phones while you wait. It feels like guests are a nuisance rather than welcome. Breakfast was a complete mess, and the coffee was among the worst I've tasted. The room’s condition was also disappointing: the bathroom box was broken and didn’t close properly, and the mattress was so thin I could feel the metal frame, causing a painful back issue during my stay. Cleaning was subpar, and the staff’s lack of courtesy only worsened the experience. The only redeeming factor might be the location near Morro do Careca, but the beach’s beauty doesn’t compensate for the numerous problems encountered. A stay should be relaxing, but this trip brought only inconvenience, discomfort, and headaches. I would not recommend this lodge to anyone; if you’re planning to stay in Natal, look elsewhere.

“Foi muito boa, tranquila.”

Great location, close to a variety of shops and restaurants. The only note was that the air‑conditioning wasn’t working very well and needed cleaning.
