We only stayed one night, yet the room had everything we needed: a bright, roomy bedroom with a small fridge, TV, fan, table and chairs, and tea/coffee facilities, plus a private large bathroom; the location was lovely and peaceful, Christine the host was amazing, breakfast was excellent, and the stay was as welcoming as could be.

Christine is a lovely, welcoming host who makes it her job to ensure your stay is as comfortable as possible; everything was clean and fresh, the walk‑in shower was superb, she chatted about our breakfast preferences on arrival and served us a lovely selection before we left the next morning, and we enjoyed a meal at the nearby local hotel, Le Chateau des Tourelles in Le Wast, a short drive away.

The reception was very warm, the place was clean, the setting peaceful, and the breakfast was neat and plentiful; we had an excellent stay and will definitely return.
