The location and the staff were good, but the breakfast, the noise coming from the room, and the price were all far too high for the service offered.

The location and the reception staff were great; they even gave us a room at check‑out so we could change into our return‑trip clothes. The mattress had a hollow, so I had to flip it over, and I noticed the mattress cover was full of stains. The shower was poorly fitted and would slip during use, soaking everything.

The location was very good, quite central, a 20‑minute walk from the Champs‑Élysées, close to public transport stops (metro, bus). Restaurants and shops were nearby. Cleaning was done daily; the reception was open 24/24. Nothing to criticize.

The location was perfect and probably the best value for money in the area. The bed was large and comfortable, with good‑quality linens, and I liked the L’Occitane toiletries in the bathroom. A special mention to the team, especially the reception manager, who was always professional, kind, and very helpful. My room was made up perfectly every time. I had a very pleasant stay and actually returned shortly afterwards.
