The room was clean and the atmosphere quiet; at first I thought the welcome staff were unfriendly, but that impression changed quickly.

The room felt really spacious and it was nice and quiet.

Good facilities good staff fair breakfasts. Might have rated with all 10s but I really didn't require anything special that required much effort to accomplish. I thought the price was boutique 40 bucks cheaper than the equivalent nearby hotels. That was very nice
