I did not stay there at all and am trying to get a refund. Ms. Erica sent a request for my refund. I called twice the same day to cancel my stay, spoke to a lady for 30 minutes explaining the situation, then she hung up on me. I called again on Wednesday and got nowhere and no refund. The photos posted for the hotel were nothing like reality. All I want is my refund! The hotel says it will give a refund, but I have to go.
