I recently stayed at this hotel, and while it had some redeeming qualities, it fell short in several areas. The breakfast spread was impressive, with a wide variety of options to suit different tastes. However, my stay was marred by some significant issues, including the presence of bedbugs in my room and a lack of hot water, which made for an uncomfortable and frustrating experience. To make matters worse, the staff seemed unfriendly and unhelpful, which didn't exactly make me feel welcome.
