The location is spectacular, the staff are super friendly and helpful, and a room change was arranged instantly when I asked. They assist with organized tours and even let you borrow a scooter. However, room number 6 had no windows, and the humidity was so high that my bag, suitcase, shoes… all got damp in the room; puddles even formed under a hanging bag.

Room with an exceptional view of the jungle and river, many little monkeys visible, top‑class organization for transfers and trekking, kindness and service from the team, a lovely little village. The bed had a slight discomfort (a dip in the middle).

I 100 % recommend this beautiful hotel tucked in the jungle where the trek starts. By the river and waterfall the rooms are spacious, clean, the on‑site restaurant is a pure delight and varied. The whole staff is very welcoming, pleasant and smiling. From the first day of booking via WhatsApp until day J they were available, responsive and reassuring for all questions. You can get a massage right in your room from very professional, friendly masseuses who were available quickly and got you back in shape during the stay. Don’t be surprised when you arrive by taxi; scooter riders will pick you up with your luggage to reach the hotel, which is only accessible on foot or by scooter because the alley is very narrow, and you can trust them.
