The only bus is very close and takes you straight into the center of Bologna – that was the only positive point of the stay. More than 125€/night is real gouging for such a lousy accommodation, truly shameful – the phone numbers displayed in large on the entrance portal are outdated and false – the 5 units look more like prison cells than rooms for guests.

Good price for a studio with a kitchen fully equipped with essentials. A little out of town but well positioned for my needs. Quick and convenient self‑check‑in via code. Free parking along the street. At the entrance there was a slight closed‑off smell and some dust. There is a coffee maker but no adapter for the induction hob. With a few tweaks the stay could be even better.

Check‑in was easy and quick, necessary facilities available. The rooms need more cleaning and better ventilation because there is a fairly strong smell when you enter the room.

The cleaning was good, the air‑conditioner worked, and everything needed for the bathroom was provided.

We stayed for three nights, and the location was perfect for what we needed. Unfortunately, there were several issues with the room and bathroom cleanliness. We reported everything and received a small refund for the inconvenience. I hope future guests don’t encounter the same problems after this report.
