There is a lot of potential, but the place needs some maintenance and cleaning.

The location was top, the apartment was large and comfortable with a big terrace. It was close to the center, the beach, and all other amenities. There were plenty of lemons in the garden, and the peace and quiet lasted all 9 days of our stay. A little more inventory would help for a longer stay.

The apartment was in an excellent location, very close to the beach. Komiza was stunning, and I’d love to come back to see the town again. It wasn’t clean. I understand it wasn’t renovated and the furniture is old, given the low price, but the least the host could do would be to wipe the dust. Since we were staying only for one night it was okay, but for longer stays, it would be a much bigger problem.

The spot is charming, with a historic vibe, but the surrounding area and the whole region are really bad… the locals and the municipality have a lot of work to do.
