“Nice comfortable stay. Lots of dogs and kids.”
The bed was very comfortable, the pools stayed at a pleasant warm temperature, and the staff were super friendly with great service. However, the front desk staff gave incorrect directions to our room, telling us to go through an alley that looked like it had AC units and that we would see horses, neither of which was true; the correct route involved several turns. They also mentioned an event at the Beach Club that turned out to be a waste of time, and the venue was not beachside. Spa services need to be booked months in advance.
