The breakfast is served in the lobby from 6am-9am, which was a major reason for booking this hotel, and the area looked clean on check‑in day. It would help to have another elevator near the back of the property, and the third‑floor floor feels like walking on sponges—hard to describe.

I have reviewed this place 4 times the staff is rude and gave a terrible and dirty room and also “accidentally” gave 2 different couple my room key and they walked in on me and my wife. I will never stay here again and the constant harassment is making me question the app, and check my profile I use it a lot and all the time. The staff were friendly, yet the room emitted a terrible odor, the mattress was outdated, the bathroom wall was dirty, and the shower felt like it might sink; the online pictures look nothing like the reality, probably taken before a renovation, and despite the AC, the stench persisted, especially since the hotel claims no smoking but the room already smelled bad—this was the worst experience of my life.

Honestly, the staff was VERY kind! The room was odd and very humid, so the carpet felt damp in the morning and the air stayed damp, making the clothes I left on the bed and my shoes noticeably damp. I even got four bug bites. The staff we interacted with were notably great—helpful and professional.
