“I didn’t like the place.”

The location was fine. However, there were black stains on the corners of the washroom. The room felt stuffy so I couldn’t use it and had to check out immediately to another hotel. There were dirt stains on the wall. I couldn’t sleep, and all my night’s payment was wasted because I had to pay for another place.

“Bitte meiden, ihr werdet hier keinen Spaß und keinen Schlaf finden.”

The location is good if you’re staying in the Sternschanze area, but I definitely don’t recommend it. The bedding was clean. The room was on the last floor and totally rattled. It didn’t even have a blinds or curtains on the window, so it was very noisy. The neighboring room had a tattoo artist who stayed until the early morning, and the “tattoo studio” crew could be heard. The window faces the courtyard, ground floor, and if you didn’t just hear the tattoo studio, you could hear the rodents outside the window. The room was bright because there was no chance to darken it. The walls were once white but now have stains, scratches, and the head of the bed was terribly dirty, yellow‑brown. The room is in a “staff only” area, and in the morning work starts – the noise keeps you from sleeping in the early hours.

Lage ist super, Empfang war nett. Bett war gemacht und sauber, Handtücher waren auch sauber. Für eine Nacht geradeso okay. Extremer Zigarettenrauch im Gang, es roch auch im Zimmer, Zimmer hatte ausserdem noch einen komischen Geruch. Kein Fenster, nur eine Luke. Trotz Sommer war es eher kühl, da es im Keller ist. Es war recht laut, die Nachbarn hörte man sehr gut. Oberhalb der Dusche hat es auch so eine Luke, die ist sehr dreckig und von da zieht kalte Luft nach unten. Am Morgen hatte es dann noch Ameisen im Zimmer. Sauberkeit in Ecken lässt zu wünschen übrig
