The kitchen, bedroom, and bathroom had beautiful facilities and were extremely comfortable. The location was good—just a short walk to the ¥100 bus that loops around Hagi in one direction. The owner of Ulala gave me a copy of the route map with the timetable, which was very helpful. She also assisted me in planning my onward journey from Hagi and provided anything extra I needed to prepare a simple dinner using the microwave and kettle in the kitchen. I have nothing to dislike.

The owner was very nice and even helped me carry my luggage to the next accommodation; the environment was pretty and clean, and the shampoo, conditioner, and body wash smelled like grapefruit, with a face wash also provided. The women‑only space made me feel very secure! The location was a bit far, but that allowed me to visit places I normally couldn’t. At night, the room lights were a bit dim, but that didn’t matter much.

The place was very clean and calm, which I liked. The owner was very kind, and I would stay again when I visit Hagi. This time I had a lot of luggage and it was a bit far from the station and bus stop, so it was somewhat difficult.
