Breakfast and dinner were tasty, and the room was huge and spotless. The staff were generally friendly, but we didn’t get enough info on the first day—no mention of the underground parking or that the meals were actually at the Hotel Restaurant Hanneshof, which isn’t on the property. The bathroom had barely any shelves, and the balcony had no privacy screen, so we could see the room next door. The sauna listed in the amenities was actually in a separate park ten minutes away.

The location was fine, but the experience was a let‑down. The ski pass only covered one chairlift, the staff seemed unwilling to help, and dinner service was slow—waited two hours for a meal that felt like it belonged in a four‑star hotel. The owner came across as arrogant, and overall the service was mediocre.

The staff were very courteous and helpful, always listening to guests’ requests. There was nothing else to criticize.

The location was great, but the hotel didn’t have its own reception or restaurant—everything was in the second building at Hanneshof. Breakfast and dinner were served there, and the crowd was so large that we had to wait until after 7 pm for dinner, which was annoying. Service was uneven; some staff were excellent, others almost ignored us.
