This little resort sits right by Sevan lake and the location is spot‑on if you want to be close to the water without the crowds.
The staff were on point, always friendly, and the food near the lake was tasty enough to keep us coming back.
The view from the rooms is definitely the highlight – you can see the lake stretching out for miles.
The cabin was just perfect – clean, cozy, and exactly what I needed for a quick getaway.

We had an amazing stay at All Seasons Sevan! It is a perfect place to relax and enjoy quality time with family and friends. The location is beautiful, with breathtaking views and wonderful beaches. A special thank you to the manager and the entire team, who were always present, attentive, and ready to help with anything we needed. Their warm hospitality made our stay even more enjoyable. We truly loved our time here and would definitely recommend All Seasons Sevan to anyone looking for a beautiful getaway
“Right on the lakefront”
The lakefront view was gorgeous. The trout dinner was top quality. The chalet was cozy and quiet. Having breakfast delivered to our room worked well since we had an early start. The road leading in and the surrounding buildings were oddly rough, and there was no signage even at the front gate.

Really nice interior, amazing view on the lake, fully and really diverse breakfast. With such a big breakfast, you would not crave for lunch. All products local and fresh. Special highlight - Russian sauna on site that can be reserved for your group only for 1,5 h. Nothing to complain.

Albert, the manager, is very friendly, helpful, and reliable. He arranged a private transfer for our arrival and departure to and from other hotels at a fair price. The driver was very nice and punctual. The lakeside area is a dream. The water is clean and there is no loud music, which is ideal for relaxing, as a couple or with children. A tasty breakfast is included in the price. It was our second visit and certainly not the last. A stay is definitely recommended. The waitress at breakfast often fell behind; after coffee or tea you always had to ask again, and sometimes the coffee didn’t arrive until the end of breakfast. The drink prices were a bit high, but it was positive that there were enough free bottled water bottles in the room. The value for money of the restaurant food was not appropriate. The Wi‑Fi didn’t work well everywhere.

The spot right by the lake with its own beach is awesome. The rooms and bungalows feel very roomy and spotless. We left by 12:00 so we could soak up the morning by the water. The breakfast was decent but pretty ordinary.
