The reception service could use some improvement.

The hotel is very beautiful with a vintage charm. All the staff are extremely helpful and smiley, which is a pleasure. The reception can arrange a rickshaw or even an excursion to Mount Abu. The food is excellent. We chose to dine and have breakfast outside on the lawn instead of the dining rooms, which was very enjoyable. The only issue was that there is a thermos for hot water, but no kettle; also the hotel is next to a very busy road with many trucks, so bring earplugs.

Mr. Jaswant Singh, the front‑desk manager, was very kind, understanding, and courteous. Mr. Sohan Singh provided very polite, humble, and attentive service during breakfast in the restaurant. The housekeeping staff were quick and helpful. The hotel is on Abu Road, so Ahmedabad is nearby. The rooms are spacious and clean, and the bathroom was stocked with a sanitary kit—something other hotels I booked in Rajasthan did not offer. The lawn outside is nice. Overall a great experience!

The location was convenient. The staff behaved poorly; they filled our room with water while cleaning the hallway outside and showed no remorse. We ended up switching rooms.
