“Not the best”

The location is good. The bed was dirty, with blood and bodily fluids on the mattress pad, the floor in the room was dirty, pills were scattered on the vanity, and the casino’s smoking made the air smoky. Parking was horrible, there wasn’t much to eat inside the casino, the pool was crowded, the ice machine on our floor was broken, showers had low water pressure, the beds were hard and uncomfortable. I expected a casino to be better, but it wasn’t. I won’t stay again.

“My experience was ok”

I like the location and outdoor was very relaxing at the pool area. Inside needs to be more cleanly and I complained about a leak in our shower the first night and never floor fixed in the 3 nights we were there

Clean, the pool was clean, everyone was polite. No complaints.

“Refund me my room”

Everything was great—food and amenities, and the kids really enjoyed it. I was very upset because my door couldn’t be fixed to allow access to my room. Luckily I had the next door room and used the other room as an entrance. I would like a refund if possible.
