The staff were very friendly and helpful, guiding us through our activity plans, and everything was spotless and well kept. The check‑in and check‑out ran smoothly, and the host was reachable via WhatsApp at all times. The mattress and mattress topper feel too soft and sag, probably just my back; sleeping with the window open at that time on the lively promenade was hard, but closing the window solved it.

Everything matched the description: the room was spacious, immaculate, and comfortable, and the location was superb—just a short stroll to the beach. Daily cleaning kept the room pristine, and the whole stay was pleasant. The staff were friendly and helpful.

The rooms were roomy, tidy, and clean. The place is close to the sea, the beach, and the center of Castellammare—ideal. The host was very friendly, kept in good contact about the booking, and gave us useful restaurant and excursion tips.
