The stay was very comfortable, the staff were very nice, and it was a wonderful experience.

“I am doubtful if this hotel meets 4-star standard”

Breakfast started reasonable but later the good items disappeared; the available staff were nice and helpful. There was no service during an emergency: one night the baby vomited on the floor, the bathroom sink was clogged with dirt, and no one was present. When we repeatedly requested help, the receptionist apologized but asked us to bear with it because no staff were available that night. Daily room‑service water was not sealed bottled water but a bottle that seemed to contain tap or another source, so I had to buy sealed bottled water for myself. The room phone worked intermittently; complaints were made but no fix came. In one room the lights didn’t work; after many complaints, two days later someone fixed them. The key issue seems to be very poor management, possibly poor leadership, and a systemic focus on cost cutting over customer service.

The location is perfect because it’s near New Digha Beach. The hospitality and amenities should be better for the price.

I stayed in room 411. The infrastructure was not up to standard. The intercom telephone was broken and the water tap was not working.
