I’ve stayed here more than once, but the experience always varies. It depends on which room and building you get. First, the room description and photos on Booking don’t always match reality; second, you might not be given the reserved room, citing issues, and be moved to a less comfortable alternative. Also, at night it’s very noisy from groups passing through the alley by the hotel. I had booked a room with a balcony but was given one without; the bed linens were not fresh, but they changed them quickly when I asked.
