“Posizione e vista mare splendide, ma la gestione delle camere è da migliorare.”

The hotel has huge potential, especially with its prime location in the heart of Sperlonga and a stunning sea view that creates unforgettable moments, so I give it a full score. However, a few constructive notes: the interior spaces are somewhat cramped, which can be a bit of an adjustment if you travel with a lot of luggage. What disappointed us most was the in‑room service: we would have liked more daily tidying and, especially, daily towel changes, a key detail for a fully comfortable stay.

The view is beautiful, the service is great, and the room is functional! Adding Wi‑Fi would make the stay even better, especially for remote workers. Everything else is flawless!!!

Sperlonga is one of my favourite places in Italy; I've visited many times before, but this was my first overnight stay. The apartment is tiny yet spotless and newly renovated, and we were greeted with complimentary drinks. The balcony overlooking the sea was absolutely stunning! The host was very kind and responsive, letting us check in early and store our bags after check‑out. Overall, it was a great experience. The only thing that could improve is a warm blanket for chilly nights and beach towels.

Good morning, the room is well organized and has everything you need. The view is fantastic and the location is excellent. Sperlonga is very pleasant.
