“Magnifique hôtel”
The garden is gorgeous, the pool is beautiful, it’s quiet and the location is perfect. We caught a 22:00 bus and were able to stay in the hotel all afternoon. Nothing was wrong, everything was great.

The large room and proximity to the city center are positives, and the outside is very pleasant. The booking through Booking wasn’t found by the receptionist, so they gave us a backup room. The staff were not engaged, even unpleasant, and we always felt like we were bothering them. Breakfast was minimal.

Breakfast isn’t a buffet, but it’s decent (bread, butter, jam, toast, scrambled eggs, cheese, York ham with hot drinks and juice) and the dining room is spacious. There’s a small pool with loungers and umbrellas for free, open all day. On the ground floor and the first floor you’ll find sofas, and the first floor also has a game area (table football and a frog), handy for families with kids. You can book tours directly at reception. The only downside is that around the hotel there are farm animals (roosters) that can bother you in the morning.

Overall everything is excellent; the location is unbeatable. The breakfast could be improved.

The staff were unpleasant. Check‑out was at 11 h and there was no extra minute. We weren’t sure we’d be back by 11 h after touring the Nazca lines, so we asked for a few extra minutes. They refused, so they evicted us from the room at 8 h. Also, breakfast was served at the table with mandatory ingredients.
