The staff were accommodating and pleasant. The rooms have pretty decent space for a family. I have a family of 4 and a toddler and we didn’t not feel boxed in. The walk to the beach was extremely convenient. The hotel lobby has an unpleasant odor and the room smell was almost over whelming. It smelled very mildewed and musty. We had to keep the window partially open. It made my children a little uncomfortable to sleep there the first night

The location is great—just a 5‑minute walk to the beach and shops are less than 5 minutes away. The pool is fun and very clean, and the staff I met were genuinely nice and helpful. The place is very comfortable, and I appreciated having a safe in the room. The only downside was that there was no phone in the room to call the front desk, and the 3rd‑shift staff member wasn’t available to help.

The staff were incredibly friendly, especially the front desk lady and the maids who were very kind. The rooms themselves felt a bit pricey, but the hotel is only two blocks from the pier, so you can walk to anything you need, and there’s a nice pool.
