The staff were very helpful and friendly, and room service was up to the mark. The hotel is located in the heart of Nagpur. The only problem was the cleanliness: the bed and pillow were dusty, which was a nightmare for me because I’m allergic to dust for two days. Also, the water in the shower was bad and caused serious hair loss.

The food was good and the breakfast decent; the spot is centrally located, making taxis and autos easy to find. Unfortunately, the overall cleanliness, facilities, and upkeep were poor, and the bathroom floor was extremely slippery when wet, with no divider between the shower and commode.

Breakfast was good. staff do not bother about the guests. Room were untidy, bathroom tape was leaking. We have to ask for every service. Nothing was available in advance. No one was responding during calls for maintenance. Central AC was drawback. We were from delhi and was feeling hot whole night because of that central AC temperature. Staff denied to help in this matter
