“Gut”
The center is close. There’s a construction site next door.
The spot is close to the city centre, and the price is good just for the location. The host was very polite and ready for any request. The balcony shows the sea through the window grill. I didn’t check for air‑conditioning when booking and only found out on arrival, but the host kindly set up a table fan. The central spot brings a lot of street and club noise at night, and I’m not a light sleeper, so it was noisy. The room without AC was a bit tough to stay in (my mistake for not checking). The room and balcony could use a bit more cleaning.
