“Very bad experience with staff and their service”

Nothing. No geyser, out dated milk powder, too much cost late servicing no clean room and not taking the order properly they have taken almost 1hour to bring the order and that too missing the items we ordered Every time we go out we have to call the service staff to open the order if we say anything they said card has expired but literally how it is possible and the system doesn't feel trusty, the lock was not at all safe Surprisingly there is a cupboard but that doesn't open fully to access it

The breakfast at this place was an absolute disaster. I've had better-tasting food at a street stall. But that was just the tip of the iceberg - the staff's behavior was also completely unacceptable. It was a really unpleasant experience from start to finish.

The hotel was a bit of a letdown, to be honest. The lift was out of order more often than it was working, which was really frustrating. The in-room dining was pretty subpar, and the breakfast was a disaster - the poha was just plain bad. Overall, it was a pretty uncomfortable stay.

The staff here were super helpful and accommodating. I was able to swap rooms for a quieter one, which was a big plus. The location is great, but the rooms can be a bit noisy.

“Not a great experience”

The hotel had some decent aspects, like the good lighting in the rooms. But unfortunately, that was about it. The service was terrible, and there were some serious cleanliness issues. It seemed like half the things in the hotel were broken, which made for a really frustrating stay.
