“Breakfast was terrible.., it was cold….”
The staff and customer service were top‑class, but a cockroach appeared in the bathroom and the meals went cold for two consecutive days.
“I had a great and relaxing time!”
The staff were kind and approachable, and the entire hotel was spotless, not just the rooms.
“My family enjoyed the stay. Friendly staff especially their security guards who assist us in parking our car. Delicious”
The place was clean, the staff friendly, and the location in Rizal was perfect.
The air conditioning was well‑positioned, yet the location was inconvenient.

Staff are polite and always helpful. Room is clean and bed is comfortable. Our request to have 2 rooms closed to each other was not considered. Literally separate wing locations. So kids have to walk longer just to get something. Also, room is not sound proof. I can hear all chaos outside and disrupts my sleep
