The hotel was beautiful with great facilities and very comfortable rooms. Communication was a bit difficult even with translator apps; we did our best, but staff spoke minimal English. Still, we appreciated the effort, even though understanding wasn’t always perfect.

The front desk staff was absolutely wonderful, offering top‑class help and speaking fluent English; the room stayed spotless and the hotel remained very quiet, while the restaurant manager was equally pleasant and the tofu stew was outstanding. No issues at all.

My stay at this hotel was a pleasant one, with a clean and well-lit room that met all my needs. However, the airport pick-up service could be improved to make it easier for first-time visitors to navigate the airport. Overall, I was satisfied with my accommodations but had some minor issues with transportation.
