La recepcion que son muy simpaticos todos, las camas muy comodas, el barrio es muy tranquilo. El baño que es un poco estrecho

The reception was open 24/7 and the staff were always very nice. The hotel is well reachable by tram line 4. The room, including the bathroom, was not cleaned during a six‑night stay. From the third day onward there was no shower mat or hand towel, and it was unclear why. There were no hooks on the wall to hang a towel. Overall the hotel feels a bit outdated. We booked a double room but were placed in a triple room, which significantly limited our space.

Nice quiet area, clean and comfortable. The only issue was water pipe noise from other rooms starting early in the morning.
