The facilities and staff treatment are great, but the location is somewhat hidden and far from tourist spots—unless you take the metro, everything feels distant.

The hotel sits on a third floor; upon arrival it feels like a dark, spooky apartment building, a horror movie vibe that almost made me cancel in a minute. I couldn't find a small elevator, so I climbed the stairs to reach the hotel, which isn't that terrible at the entrance but feels overvalued for the price. The bathroom is oddly adapted, and I wouldn't return.

The room was huge, and the spot was handy, just a 5‑minute walk from the U2 metro. The front‑desk team were very friendly and helpful. However, the room wasn’t cleaned properly; the vacuum seemed barely used, the bathroom was dirty, and towels and sheets weren’t changed for four days. Breakfast was thin, lacking fresh fruit, croissants appeared only occasionally, and sweet options were limited.
